Before the Steam Workshop, there was Toybox. From 2010 to 2012 it was the main way to try out the newest Garry's Mod creations. But with the shutdown of Toybox in October 2012, most of its content has been lost to time... until now.

Versions of Garry's Mod that came with Toybox used to locally save (almost) everything you downloaded. The creators of Cloudbox (not us) have taken those cached files and converted them into a new format so they can be downloaded and used again.

The Cloudbox is a restoration of GMod 12's Toybox. It has over 1,000 archived uploads Just like the original Toybox, Cloudbox adds a new tab to your spawn menu where you can easily grab new weapons, entities, etc all without needing to reload the map. On top of that, it works in multiplayer (like on this server!) unlike Toybox.

While on here we've restricted some SWEPs and Entities from Cloudbox (being hideously overpowered, causing crashes, creating lag, etc) you are always free to download Cloudbox for yourself.
